Non-Food Vendor Application FORM W/Rules & REGULATIONS

1.  2025 BMCC Chamber Members and Non-Profit Organizations - $110 for (1) space.  Additional spaces $175 each.  (We welcome all local businesses to join our Chamber of Commerce  CLICK HERE to join)

2.  Hand Made Crafters/Artists $175.00 per (1) space.  1st timers please provide photos w/application. Vendors in this category may NOT sell/serve food products or sell any non-handmade items or costume jewelry.

3.  Non-Handmade Vendors $240.00 per space.  This includes Direct Sales Representatives, Manufactured Item Vendors, Sales and Service Companies and Other Non-Chamber Member Merchants.  Spaces for this category are limited.

This fun, family-friendly outdoor event is held annually the third weekend of May since 1977.  It's our 46th May Street Fair!  Held on the historic Roebling Museum complex, the site of the famous John A. Roebling Steel Mill.  Event renamed "The Steel Mill Street Fair" last year; formerly known as the Bordentown Street Fair up until 2023 the fair was held on the blocked-off streets of downtown Bordentown City, New Jersey.  The Burlington Mercer Chamber of Commerce has been the event organizers since the event's inception in 1977.

Last year everyone RAVED about our new Location in Roebling at the historic grounds of the Roebling Museum.  Vendors can park their car at their 12x15 Spaces which are assigned on a first come-first served basis according to when your application and payment are received, although we do try to accommodate our long-time vendors.  Applications are accepted while space is available, however we generally sell out early in certain categories (ie. jewelry).  Well behaved and leashed pets are now welcome.  New transportation and parking options are more handicap accessible.  More close restrooms. Unique entertainment. Next to the River Line Roebling train station.  New event time is expanded til' 5 pm. 

Prior to the event you will be mailed your assigned space number(s) and tag for entering the grounds.  Set up time is 7 am - 9 am on Saturday.  No cars will be allowed into the event for set up after 9 am.  Park one vehicle per site and set up your booth facing the indicated isle direction.  Event time is 10 am - 5 pm weather permitting.  Vendor cars will be allowed to exit after 5 pm when the event ends as directed by the police.  Vendors with large trailers, extra cars or trucks will have a designated vendor parking area. Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables and set up inside their space.  Canopies are permitted, sandbags or weights are strongly encouraged. Quiet generators allowed. Cancellation due to inclement weather or any other reason is at the sole discretion of the Street Fair Committee.  Rain Date is Sunday, May 19, 2024.  NO REFUNDS.

PEASE READ the above Steel Mill Street Fair 2025 Rules and Regulations before you apply.  You must have your New Jersey Sales Tax Certificate with you.  Loud music or solicitation outside of your assigned space(s) is not permitted. Those accepted as a Hand Made Crafter or Artist will only be allowed to sell handmade articles.  Failure to show up for may disqualify you from participation in future shows.
